Coming from a legacy of successful contracting businesses, Josh follows in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, who both ran thriving contracting companies. This rich family history in construction has instilled in Josh a deep understanding of the industry and a strong commitment to excellence.
Since 2003, Josh’s career has been primarily focused on managing hospitality projects, overseeing the intricate processes of design development, permitting, pre-construction, construction, and project turnover. Rachel Frantz has transformed her studies in Political Science at San Jose State University into a remarkable 30+ year career in the construction industry. Starting as a Contracts Manager, Rachel’s tenacity and attention to detail propelled her through roles as Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Owners Representative. These experiences lead Rachel to discover that she had a strong aptitude for Claims Resolution and Risk Management.
Rachel’s professionalism and reliability have afforded her the opportunity to work on some of the largest construction projects in California and across the country. These diverse career experiences have provided Rachel with a broad yet detailed and practical understanding of construction, accounting, and risk management.
